As an authorized agent or broker for Excellus BlueCross Blue Shield, you may offer coverage provided that use of our brands clearly shows:

• You are offering the product of Excellus Blue Cross BlueShield in our service area.
• No reasonable interpretation that your agency is the same as, affiliated with or related to our company or the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA).

You may place small signs on your premises and issue communications within our service area indicating participation in Blue Cross and Blue Shield programs, provided that:

• The signs and communications clearly identify our full name: Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and/or official logo (see sidebar: "Logos/Downloads").
• Any communications that are displayed on the Internet comply with these regulations.
• You may not use our brand in yellow pages and similar telephone directories.

Excellus BlueCross BlueShield is responsible for monitoring agent/broker use of the Brands, and assisting BCBSA with any necessary compliance and enforcement efforts.
